According to OECD, problem-solving, knowledge building, collaboration, expert engagement, self-regulation, and the application of technologies are the learning outcomes of 21st-century education. The evolvement of the education system must be systemic, consistent, and able to measure. Lecturers, teachers, administrators, and policymakers are all required to improve the teaching and learning philosophy and practice, or other aspects involved in the process of teaching and learning to ensure that the student meets the quality of life and work.

Innovation- It is a single word that encapsulates everything that is exciting in any industry—a goal to shoot for because it means you are different, your ideas are new, and your work is almost magical.

CMS Asharfabad Campus, is making every effort, to ensure that we are immersed in innovative techniques, churning out young explorers in the process. The aim is to ensure that the students are actively engaged in the process of learning and nurture in their hearts a love for life-long learning.

Innovation in education entails doing what is best for all students. Teachers, lessons, and curriculum are flexible. We encourage our students to think and ask questions. We pique their curiosity, and find ways to keep them interested. I need to remind you here, that this is easier said than done. We need to upskill the staff and handle the students with patience and utmost care. Innovation means change, and this phase of transition requires educators to understand fully the impact of the new strategies. We acknowledge that our students need more skills than just memorisation and recall needed to pass the assessments and therefore, we must give them tools that will make them productive in their future careers.

We recognise the need for ideas to be better shared among other teachers and identifying gaps in understanding among the students in their classroom and brainstorming new, creative ways to approach the subjects. We identify the need for better communication between teachers and parents, and are working to create a system that allows for more transparency into the child’s progress.

While each of these forms of innovation is very different, each involves an educator following the innovation process to improve the ways in which our educational system functions. I heartily wish for these innovations to come to fruition with the outstanding achievements of our students soon.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our Founders Respected Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Dr Bharti Gandhi for their visionary thoughts and unflinching support. I am grateful to the learned President and Managing Director Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, for leading us with commitment and passion.

CMS Asharfabad was established in 1985 by the school’s founders, Drs Jagdish and Bharti Gandhi and has been producing talented students who excel in all fields of life. Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon is the Manager of the institution. Under the able guidance of Principal, Mrs Anupama Checker, the campus is known for developing and chiselling every aspect of a student's personality. The variety of activities held at the campus create a sense of encouragement and enthusiasm among students and staff. Beside model class presentations, cultural events, meaningful assemblies and various inter class and inter house extempore, speech and debate contest give them opportunity to improve their oratory and competitive skills so that they are ever ready to participate in inter school, national and international events and competitions.

An efficient administrator, Mrs Anupama Checker is a visionary who believes that every child is special. Mrs Anupama Checker has added a new dimension by improving the infrastructure and introducing new educational technologies to make teaching a pleasure for both the teachers and the taught. From the innocence of the toddler years to the stirring minds of wisdom, she aims to mould the impressionable mind, a sound genius of a citizen fully responsible and imbibed with our rich heritage of ideology and culture, ready to serve the community and meet the challenges of the outside world.
