Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition in Punjab. Shah Ali Ammar
Farooqi of Class VIII secured 28 marks out of 30 and got a global rank
2066 in a computer quiz organised by the Study Section. Farheen earned
a Certificate of Distinction, ranking among the top 20% of participants in
the Junior Category of the 4th edition at the Cathedral Mathematics
Competition.
Tanishq Saxena and Avantika Tripathi of Class IX bagged the First Position
nationally in the Unique Environment Contest organised by Swayam
Siddha Foundation, winning the prestigious 'Dr. Veer Bhadra Mishra
Award'. The 8th Yoga Meet was organized, inviting students from
different schools to participate in different categories of Yoga. The
campus team of senior boys bagged the first prize in the Inter-school
Yoga Championship.
A felicitation ceremony for meritorious students of ICSE and ISC 2022-23
was held on 31st July 2023 at the campus. The event aimed at
recognizing and celebrating the outstanding achievements of students
who excelled in academics. The ceremony was a momentous occasion to
inspire and motivate students to strive for excellence. The meritorious

11 students from the campus had the privilege of being a part of the
inaugural journey of the Vande Bharat Train from Gorakhpur to Lucknow
on 7th July 2023. Honourable Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi flagged
off the train. Three students on campus had the opportunity to interact
with the Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi.

Parents Day and Independence Day Celebration were celebrated at the
campus with joy. The Model United Nations was
introduced, providing a platform for students to
experience the workings of the UN. The
simulated UN saw a plethora of delegates from
26 schools all over Lucknow, striving for
diplomacy, policymakers, and future diplomats.
Students received the Bookawocky certificates in
the assembly by the Principal aptly assisted by
the Senior Librarian, Mrs Mamta Tewari.
Students have joined the Junior Youth
Empowerment Programme (JYEP) to immerse
themselves in the service of others.

Sports Achievements:
Young sportsmen of the campus participated with vigour and stamina in
the sports events and fetched numerous medals and trophies for the
school. Vidyansh Pratap Singh of Class VII became the state-level Artistic
Yoga champion and bagged a Bronze medal in the CISCE Regional Yoga
championship held in Kanpur. CISCE Zonal Swimming Competition 2023
was organised by CMS Kanpur Road Campus wherein the students
bagged 7 Gold, 8 Silver and 16 Bronze Medals in their respective
categories. Sundram Singh bagged a gold medal in the CISCE Regional
Shooting Championship organised By St. George's College, Barlowganj,
Mussoorie.
CISCE U. P. and Uttarakhand Boxing Championship was organised by CMS
Station Road at K.D Singh Babu Stadium wherein the students grabbed 7
Silver and 1 Bronze Medal in the category U-17. Shivam Maurya, Aditya
Sharma, and Faliha Syed won Silver Medals in the Category U-19. Vaibhav
Asthana bagged a bronze, Ved won a silver, and Srijan Jaiswal, Ashutosh,
and Shubh Rajput also won medals. Pragya Singh of Class VII won a gold
in Poomse and a silver in Kyourgi in the U-47 kg category in Sub-junior
girls in the District Taekwondo Championship held at Nehru Yuva Kendra,
Chowk and organised by Subraj Taekwondo Academy. Mohd. Nawaz
achieved a remarkable feat by securing a silver in the District Taekwondo
Championship, organised by the Lucknow Sport Taekwondo Association Perfect aim, perfect shot
at the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Chowk. Sampoorn Tiwari of Class XII won the
first prize in the U-15 category. Aryan Shukla of
Class X won the second prize in U-15, Vedant
Sharma of Class VII won the third prize in U15,
Shubhi Singh of Class X won the third prize in U-
15 girls' and Akshat Srivastava of Class XII won a
Certificate of Merit in the open category
organized by the Happy Squares Academy, Dubai.
