Republic Day-an education in itself
Republic Day, Independence Day and 2nd October are
national festivals celebrated by the institution with great
pride and gusto. On 26th January 1950, we adopted our
Constitution and declared ourselves a sovereign, socialist,
secular and democratic Republic. It is a day to pledge
allegiance to the Constitution and make new resolves for
the future. The CMS Republic Day Tableau forms a part of
the Republic Day Parade. It highlights the spirit of the
Constitution and hails India as a free and democratic
nation. It also calls upon the governments of various Victorious Republic Day Tableau 2023, winner of First Prize
countries to unite and work together for the safety and
security of 2.5 billion children of the world and generations
to be born. For many years, it has been winning the first
prize at the Republic Day Parade.CMS Campuses also take
out colourful Marches and cultural items filled with a
patriotic fervor that inspire millions of viewers that line up
on both sides of the road to witness the grand spectacle of
the Republic Day Parade.
Independence Day
Independence Day is an occasion for joy and merriment as
the tricolor is unfurled in CMS Campuses and the Head
Office and patriotic songs rent the air. On this day, August
15, the whole country is gripped with patriotic fervor and
new resolutions are made. It was on this day that the
country achieved its independence after 200 years of
British rule. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime
Minister of India delivered his famous speech on 15 August
1947, "Long years ago, we made a tryst with destiny. Now
the time has come when we shall redeem our pledge - not
wholly or in full measure - but very substantially. At the
stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India
will awake to life and freedom…”
2nd October- Gandhi Jayanti has been CMS Founder-Director Dr Bharti Gandhi unfurling

It is the birth anniversary of Father of Nation, Mahatma
Gandhi and Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri who gave
the slogan, ‘Jai Jawan, Jai Kisaan.’ Over 3000 CMS teachers
participated in the Ahimsa March on 2nd October led by
the CMS Management, administrators and Principals. A
grand celebration was held at the Kanpur Road Auditorium
with the favourite songs of the Mahatma, skits, qawwali
and prayer dances.
