Student Council with the Principal Dr Kalpana Tripathi
INTRODUCTION
CMS Mahanagar is well known for its excellence in
academics and other co-curricular activities. The
notable achievement has been possible under the
constant guidance of its dynamic Principal Dr.
Kalpana Tripathi who is an epitome of perfection
and has channelized her entire energy towards
planning education and promoting standards and
achievements. Countless students have qualified in
engineering, medical and professionals
competitions. Brilliant alumni are holding positions
of responsibility across the world. This year the
school got a new building known as the ICSE wing
.The new wing which has three floors and is now
fully functional with all classrooms having air
conditioners. An elevator to ease the movement for
the staff is also under way. The latest addition to
the campus infrastructure is a Robotics Lab
furnished with latest equipment and well equipped
science labs.
The campus organises two International events-
International Maths and Computer festival-Macfair
and International festival of History -Reflections
every alternate year.

securing 99.25% marks in ISC Board
Examination 2023; Ashish Shukla, Ritij Pathak,
Ritisha Pathak, Sarthak Tewari, and Sakinah
Hasan bagged the AIR 3 in ICSE Board
Examination with 99.40% marks.
Teams from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal,
Bhutan and various states of India participated
in various interesting competitions at the 4-
day International Festival of History and Civics,
Reflections 2023 organised by the campus
from 5 to 8 August 2023.

Academic Achievements:
Students of the campus created history yet again by claiming their spots
in the All India ISC/ICSE Merit List. Jahnvi Mishra bagged the All India
Rank 3 securing 99.25% marks in ISC Examination 2023 bringing laurels to
the institution. Aastha Shukla secured 99% marks in the ISC Examination.
Ashish Shukla, Ritij Pathak, Ritisha Pathak, Sarthak Tewari, and Sakinah
Hasan bagged the AIR 3 securing 99.40% marks in the ICSE Examination.
Karan Rai received acceptance from Drexel University with a scholarship
of Rs 1.30 crore to pursue a Computer Science Major. 44 students were
selected for the prestigious Govt. of India Scholarship for Higher
Education under INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired
Research) for being in the top 1% in ISC Board Examination. The CUET
Toppers were Aadrika Shukla, Devansh Singh, Arannya Veer Singh and
Geetika Srivastava.
Co-curricular Achievements:
The highlight of the year was the International
Festival of History, Reflections 2023 organised
by the campus from 5 to 8 August 2023. Besides
this mega event student’s performance on the
co-curricular front was equally outstanding and A tree today, a forest tomorrow
rewarding.
Dhairyaa Agnihotri of Class IV participated in a
cycling event named ‘Join Cycling with Me’ and
won the award for the best slogan in the
programme. Shreshtha Saraswat of Class IX won
the first prize, Tanishka Singh of Class VI won
the second prize and Prashasti Singh won the
third prize in the 2nd Annual Inter-school art
and quiz competition on a theme related to
head injury prevention organised by the
Department of Neurosurgery, KGMU. Aadya
Tripathi participated in the Youth Climate
Conclave on Extracting values for waste -
Mainstreaming Circular Economy Solutions in
Climate Action Plan II at the prestigious 2-day
National Climate Conclave 2023 at Indira
Gandhi Pratishthan. The Conclave was Socially-useful science models on display
organised by the State Government in
association with the Union Ministry of
Environment, Forest and Climate Change and its Medhaansh Anand of Class VI and Nilaksh Anand qualified in different
UP counterpart in partnership with UNICEF levels of vocal and instrumental classical music examinations from
National Museum of Natural History and TERI Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapeeth.
Eco Club.
Kanvika Bhatia of Class II won the gold medal and Aradhya of Class IV
Praggya Garg of Class VII secured a Certificate won the silver medal in the Brainobrain Fest Zonal Abacus competition
of High Distinction in English and Science and organised by Brainobrain. Akshita Srivastava of Class XII won the third
Siddhant Singh of Class V secured a Certificate prize in the Science Olympiad conducted by the International Model
of High Distinction in English in the United Nations wherein she represented India. Adwika of Class IV
International Benchmark Test (IBT) conducted amazed Mr Suresh Khanna, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Uttar
by the Australian Council of Educational Pradesh Minister by reading and identifying the things asked by him with
Research. Abhiruk Srivastava of Class IX, Stuti of her closed eyes which is a result of Brighter Mind Alpha. Aaradhya Yadav
