and Tom Alter, Child Actors Japtej Singh who portrayed the childhood of Milkha Singh in “Bhaag Milkha”,
Khushi Dubey, Singer Abhijeet Sawant, Teenage actors Darsheel Safari, Aditi Sharma, Amey Pandya and
Avneet Kaur, Folk singer and actor Ila Arun, Theatre Actor and TV personality KK Raina, Director Sudhir
Mishra, Former Director, Femina Miss India Marc Robinson with Miss India – World 2013 Navneet Kaur
entertained us while some inspired us.

The rising stars of Indian Films and Television like talented Suraj Sharma who essayed the role of Pi in “The
Life of Pi” in the Hollywood blockbuster, child actors Saloni and Darsheel, Playback Singer Abhijeet
Sawant, Script-writer Atul Tiwari, Actors Tom Alter, Smita Bansal, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Kruttika Desai,
Markand Deshpande, Film and Theatre Actor Dolly Thakore, National Director Femina Miss India contest
Marc Robinson accompanied Femina Miss India & Actor Zoya Afroz and finally noted Filmmaker
Muzaffar Ali dazzled the nine day CMS-ICFF- 2013.

With 252 entries from 36 countries, CMS Films and Radio Division presented the world panorama for
children right in the city Shaane Awadh, Lucknow. The festival was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of

Uttar Pradesh Mr. Akhilesh Yadav. Mrs. Dimple Yadav, Member of Parliament, gave away the prizes. Many
film celebrities from Mumbai- Babul Suprio, Darsheel Safari, Javed Akhtar, Raza Murad, Kamini Kaushal,
Usha Uthup, Vaishali, Vedita Pratap Singh- participated with gusto.
Our jury included, Mrs. Malti Sahai, Mr. Rashid Irani, Ms. Parvati Menon, Ms. Vinniraadai Nirmala and Mr.
Florian Walter Film Producer from Germany.

International Children’s Film Festival to promote better film viewing habits among children and more films
