                          two-decade-long  assignment  in  the  cultural  field  with  the  National  Film  Development
                          Corporation (NFDC), Bombay, and with Government of India. She had joined NFDC in 1982
                          as  Joint  Director  and  was  the  third  highest-ranked  executive  there.    She  handled  the
                          promotion of Films and holding of Film Festivals at that post.

              Head of Production & Finance, Israel Film Fund, David Libkind was born in the year  1948. He worked as a
              Producer,  Assistant  Director  and  Production  Manager  for  15  years  until  1992  mainly  in  local  and
              international  feature  films.  He  is  also  serving  as  a  member  of  the  selection  committee  with  specific
              responsibility for the children section in the fund and is a member of Programming, Tel-Aviv annual
                          Children’s International Film Festival.

                          Born on 16th December, 1949 Shri Shiv Kumar is a native of   Mumbai. He obtained his
                          Degree  in  Science  and  Diploma  in  Cinema  in  Direction  from  FTII,  Pune.  He  has  vast
                          experience of making films. He has made 15 corporate films, 20 ad films and 3 documentaries
                          for Doordarshan. His important films are  ‘Clint’, ‘S.O.S’ and ‘Yatri Ekta Ki’. He has won
                          many awards as well.

                          Ratnottama Sengupta is a working journalist since August 1978, has worked with leading
                          newspaper groups likeThe Indian Express, Anand Bazar Patrika and The Times of India
                          where she is the Art Editor. She has curated more than 30 art exhibitions in Delhi, Mumbai,
                          Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bangalore.  She has served in the International Jury for the SAFMA
                          Documentary Festival in Kathmandu, 2008. She has served in the Jury for the National
                          Awards (Feature Films) in 2001 and 2008. She has won the National Award for Writings on
                          Cinema also won the Bharat Nirman Award for Excellence in Journalism, 2008.

                          Born in the year 1949 in Thirthahalli, Shimoga district, Karnataka, Girish Kasaravalli  is a
                          legendary movie director of   international repute in Kannada. He is a well known name
              among the directors of parallel cinema in India. Girish Kasaravalli has to his distinction four Golden Lotus
              Awards for the eleven films he has directed so far.  In his thirty years in this field, he has directed eleven films
                          and a teleserial.

                          Anna Niderhaus is a coordinator and manager of  ‘The School Film Library project 70’ in
                          Polish  Film  Institute.Born  in  Warsaw,  Poland,  she  graduated  in  Philosophy  from  The
                          University of Warsaw and Foreign Service Postgraduate Studies from Warsaw School   of
                          Economics. She is continuing her PhD studies in philosophical aesthetics working on her
                          doctoral  dissertation.  In  the  years  2004-2006  she  was  a  doctoral  stipend  holder  of  the
                          Japanese Government at The University of Tokyo. She has been working as a lecturer at The
                          University of Warsaw and collaboration with the Polish State Television.
